"Had a recent issue with my 2018 F-150. Engine suddenly ran extremely rough. Took it straight to Fraher Ford and left in the lot, since it was closed. (Sunday) Left message for them concerning the issue. They serviced the vehicle the next day and diagnosed #4 cylinder misfiring. Compression testing came back good. They replaced the failed coil pack on #4, and replaced all 8 original spark plugs, along with regular oil/filter change service. I was very pleased with the timely response to the situation! Truck runs great! Thanks to the folks at Fraher Ford in Pontiac’ IL!!"
